Lightroom isn’t the best at achieving lomo effects, too much work and not enough tweaking options.

Lomo effects is something that can get old very quickly, real lomo still needs real film and real chemicals and getting your hands dirty. the camera on the N900 does a pretty decent job though at getting low enough resolution for the lomo pictures…

there IS such thing as too much of a good thing..

I’ve been meaning to get around to sorting out pictures for a while now but since i’m too lazy, here are the first and last pictures I took at turkey.. took some more between those two and some day someone will sort all of them out.

Jerusalem and Beijing… The differences between the holy city and the city of grey sky are too much for words sometime so I thought a picture would work best here:

First day of real winter, we woke up I woke up while my dear wife refused to come and see the wonder that is snow in Beijing!

Not that its such a rare occasion, it happens every now and then in the winter so i can allow myself to be lazy instead of running outside to take pictures. Its a wonder because this is the only time that Beijing looks relatively clean, bless her grey filthy soul.
